If you're planning a project, tell us the building, the rooms and roughly when you want it done — that's enough for us to say whether we're the right fit and what the range looks like. If something you already own has stopped working, call rather than email.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Site visits by appointment.

If it looks like a fit, we book a visit. For an occupied apartment this is usually about 45 minutes.
- Written proposal
Equipment named, line-item pricing. No lump sums.
- You decide
Nothing is ordered until you approve it in writing.
Before you call, it helps to know
Co-ops and condos
Most boards require an alteration agreement and a certificate of insurance naming the building, the managing agent and the board. We carry $2M general liability and can issue a COI, but allow one to two weeks for the building to process it.
Freight elevator access
Most Manhattan buildings restrict deliveries to weekday mornings and require advance booking. This usually sets the start date, not our schedule.
Prewar buildings
Plaster, lath and concrete slab change what is possible. Wireless is often the right answer in a prewar two-bedroom even when wired would be better on paper. We'll tell you which on the site visit.
Minimum project size
We're set up for whole-room and whole-home work. For a single TV mount or one smart doorbell, a general handyman will be faster and cheaper than us, and we'll say so.
